If you’re unable to reach us during our normal office hours:

• Please get back to us at your earliest convenience
• Alternately, leave us a voicemail message and we’ll get back to you the morning of the next business day. 
• If it’s a service quote you’re requesting, you may also fill in the Quote Form below, and we’ll get the quote to you asap. 

If it’s an Emergency or After Hours request to modify, skip or cancel an imminent service:

• Call us at (780) 678-6450, select the appropriate After Hours or Emergency phone extension and leave us a detailed voicemail message along with your name, phone number, and service address. 
• Our Lawn Care and Snow Removal Crew Managers will be regularly checking for any after-hours messages.  If urgent, they’ll respond accordingly upon receipt of your message.
• If not deemed urgent, they’ll ensure one of our Customer Service Reps gets back to you as per your request, the next morning.

FIELD CREW HOURS

Our Lawn Care Crews:

• We normally work Monday through Friday, weather-permitting. 
• If we’re behind a bit due to the weather which we have no control over, we may be out during the weekend, too, if need be. 
• Moreover, during spring clean-up season, our spring clean-up crews work on most good weather days including weekends, and during the month of May (for Round 1) our Fertilizer/Weed Control crews also work on most good weather days including weekends also.

Our Snow Removal Crews:

• We always work any day of the week to ensure that you’re snow-free, with the exception of Christmas Day, but even if we have a white Christmas, we will be out the following day! 
• They’re essentially “on call to the snow”, you might say. 
• Whether it’s a major snowfall or just a light skiff of snow, we’ll send our crews out that day.
