You can expect our residential prices to be roughly as follows:

Residential Weekly Lawn Mowing

Starting at $171.25 per month for the Weekly Mowing Program. ($199.08 is an average residential yard)

We offer a weekly lawn mowing program. This lawn mowing program is scaled back in the month of September such that you will receive 2-3 visits. In October, we offer two full fall clean-ups.  This contract runs from May 1 to October 31 and can be cancelled at anytime without penalty.

It is healthiest for a lawn to leave the clippings on, commonly referred to as mulching.  Our mowers have high horsepower and properly sharpened mulching blades to leave a clean cut, but sometimes mulching is not always the best option.  We will mulch your lawn if:

1. Mulching does not leave clumps or make a mess.

2. You do not oppose to mulching.

3. You do not have weeds that could spread to other areas of your turf.

If one or more of the above items do not apply then we will bag and haul away the clippings.

Liquid Fertilization/Weed Control

We offer a 4 application liquid fertilization/weed control program.  The 4 application program starts at $224.96 + GST or $56.24 + GST per application.  Find out more by clicking the link above! 

This lawn care program is available in Sherwood Park, South Edmonton, Beaumont, Leduc, Stettler, Wetaskiwin, Millet, Bittern Lake, Daysland, Bawlf, Ohaton, Hay Lakes, Tofield, Ryley, Viking, and of course Camrose and a few other communities in between!

ENRICH Soil Enhancer

We offer a 3 application liquid soil enhancer program. The 3 application program starts at $185.58 + GST or $61.86 + GST per application. Find out more by clicking the link above!

If you’d like us to spray ENRICH on your garden or flower beds while we’re spraying your lawn, call us in advance to let us know. Assuming an average sized garden or flower bed, we can do so for a nominal additional charge of $10.00 if you’d like.  If you’d just like your garden beds done and not your turf, the charge is $55.00. (Available on the Spring Enrich App only).

Residential Spring Clean-ups  

Power Raking: Starting at $146 + GST (Includes Cut, Trim and Removal of Clippings)

Aeration and Power Rake: Starting at $229 + GST (Includes, Cut, Trim and Removal of Clippings)

Aeration Only: Starting at $94 + GST (Does not include a cut and trim)

Aeration with Cut, Trim and Removal of Clippings: Starting at $164 + GST

Residential Fall Clean-up

Fall Clean-ups are included for Weekly Mowing Customers, however we often have some availability for other customers too.  Here is the pricing and information:

$90.00 per man hour

Fall clean-ups are invoiced to the nearest minute and a minimum charge of $50.00 applies.

We will blow leaves and debris out/off of beds, surfaces and bushes and clean-up the debris on your lawn. We also complete a final cut and trim of your lawn typically at a lowered height of 1.5 or 2 inches to prepare your lawn for the winter months. We will then haul away the clippings at no additional charge to you.  You only pay us for time spent on your property.

To give you a ball park figure on Fall Clean-ups, the average residential Fall Clean-up in 2022 was $132.59 @ $80/man hour.

Snow Removal (WE ARE FULL, HOWEVER, please call to inquire about our waiting list for 2024-2025)

We regret that we cannot help everyone with their snow, however there are a variety of reasons for this.  Please see our full statement HERE.

We have a 6 month snow removal program which covers you from November 1st to April 30th.   There are 6 different pricing levels that are quoted for residential properties depending upon the size of the property and the areas that you wish to have cleared. Our most common price level that we quote is price level 4. To give you a general idea of cost, we show each price level below.  These are our 2023-2024 prices.  Please note that we have a strict cap on the number of snow removal spots each year in order to serve our clients in a timely manner with the resources we have available. 

Our 6 Month Snow Removal Program

This plan provides you with unlimited snow removal for one fixed price. This plan covers you from November 1st until April 30th. The price levels are as follows:

Level 1 $2521.33 for the season ($420.22 + GST per Month)

Level 2 $2251.86 for the season ($375.31 + GST per Month)

Level 3 $1998.50 for the season ($333.08 + GST per Month)

Level 4 $1830.25 for the season ($305.04 + GST per Month) *Most Common*

Level 5 $1664.83 for the season ($277.47 + GST per Month)

Level 6 $1502.27 for the season ($250.38 + GST per Month)

Please note that our snow removal program includes ice melt such that your walkways, driveways, and other surfaces are kept in a safe and accessible condition.  If you do not want ice melt, you may opt out, however our price will remain the same.  Service calls are always free if you need us to come back and tend to icing conditions or correct any issues.  Don’t hesitate to call!  We have an after hours option when you call in for our current customers for any such concerns!
